“The effectual, fervent prayer of the righteous avails” (James 5:16). CWC always welcomes your prayer requests. Every month, CWC holds a Corporate Day of Prayer and Fasting for anyone willing to pray and fast with us. As an essential part of sound doctrine of the Christian faith, praying with our “armor” on is the act of defensive spiritual warfare (Ephesians 6:14-18). Praying puts our armor to good use against a pursuant enemy. As Christians in this life, we cannot pray enough. We must pray every day, as there is so much to pray for (i.e., family, friends, healing and protection, provisions, etc.). 1 Thessalonians 5:17 instructs us to “pray without ceasing”.
